You acknowledge that the Website is provided as a convenience to you. We do not make any promises about the availability of the Website or the content or functionality of them. Limegrove, as well as its partner companies, may benefit from these Terms of Use. Enforcement of these Terms of Use is solely at our discretion, and just because we may not enforce them in some circumstances does not mean that we have lost the right to enforce in future.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Barbados and any disputes will be decided only by the Barbados courts.
